In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Acer Liquid X1.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Acer Liquid X1 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
1. Turn off the device by holding down the Power button.
2. Next, press and hold the Volum Down + Volume Up + Power button together for a couple seconds.
3. Release the Power key as soon as an Acer logo appears onscreen.
4. Keep holding the Volume Up and Volume Down keys until the Android System Recovery screen appears.
5. Next, choose "wipe data/factory reset" by using Volume Down to navigate and Power button to confirm.
6. Now select "Yes--delete all user data". Use Volume Down button to scroll and Power key to select.
7. Select "reboot system now".
8. Congrats, you have completed the hard reset.
1. Turn your phone on.
2. Open the Backup and Reset folder. In it, select Factory Data Reset.
3. Next, tap Reset Phone. Read the warning when it pops up.
4. Afterwards, choose Erase Everything.
5. You have just performed the hard reset.
