In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Acer Liquid Z2.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Acer Liquid Z2 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
1. Switch off the cell phone by pressing the Power rocker.
2. Go on by pressing and holding together Volume Down + Power button for a few seconds.
3. Phone should vibrate now. When it does, release the Volume Down and press Volume Up key.
4. Release held keys when the Boot Mode appears.
5. A new menu will appear. From it, select Recovery option by using Volume Up to scroll and Volume Down to confirm.
6. After the Android Image displays on screen, press the Home button to enter Recovery Mode.
7.Choose "wipe data/factory reset" by using Volume Down button; push the Menu button to confirm.
8. Now select "Yes--delete all user data". Use Volume buttons to scroll and Menu to choose.
9. Restart the tablet by selecting "reboot system now".
10. Hoozah, the hard reset is done.
1. For starters, press the Power button until your device is on.
2. Afterwards, open Menu and choose Settings.
3. Next, select Backup&Reset and tap Factory data reset.
4. Press Reset device and select Erase everything to begin hard reset operation.
