In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Acer Stream.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Acer Stream device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
1. First, turn the phone off.
2. Now hold down the Power key until the device vibrates.
3. Next, press Volume Up + Volume Down simultaneously.
4. Afterwards, use Volume Down to select the "Clean boot: Yes" option.
5. To confirm, press the Camera Button.
6. Yaay, you've done it.
1. Hold the Power button and turn the device off.
2. Now go to Menu, then to Settings.
3. Next, tap Privacy and then Factory data reset.
4. Here, choose Reset device.
5. Confirm your choise by selecting Erase everything.
6. Voila.
