In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for AIRIS WinPad 11W.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. AIRIS WinPad 11W device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
1. Hold down the Power button until the phone turns on.
2. Now open Main Menu and select Settings.
3. Select Change PC settings and Update and recovery.
4. Now select Recovery.
5. Now select Remove everything and reinstall Windows.
6. When possible, tap Next.
7. Wait around 30 minutes for your phone to reset and restart.
