In order to hard reset a AIRNESS Air99, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
AIRNESS Air99 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. Switch on the phone.

2. Open Menu and Settings.
3. Select Reset and Master Reset.
4. Select Yes.
5. Enter the 1234 safety code.
6. Well done.
