In order to hard reset a AIRNESS Slide 99, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
AIRNESS Slide 99 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. Turn off the phone. Turn it back on.

2. Open Menu, open Settings.
3. Select Reset and Master Reset.
4. Select Yes.
5. Type in the 1234 safety code.
6. Done.
