In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Alcatel 2010.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Alcatel 2010 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
1. Turn on device to perform reset.
2. First, type this code in Dialer or Main screen, then confirm it: 25228353.
3. Allow the device to restart. Confirm operation by pressing Call key.
4. You're done, yay.
1. Turn your phone off.
2. If it is off, press # button + Power button to start the Factory reset sequence. ?
3. Device will restart after using the code.
4. Now confirm the Data reset by pressing Left Softkey.
5. Congratulations, you have just perfomed the factory reset operation.
