In order to hard reset a Alcatel OT-112, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Alcatel OT-112 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. Turn your phone on.




2. Press and hold # key + Power button.




3.When you see the information about master reset, confirm the operation by pressing Left Select button to perform format.




4. Your phone will now reboot.
