In order to hard reset a Alcatel OT-282, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Alcatel OT-282 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Turn your phone off. Press and hold # button + Power buton.
2. "All data will be lost, continue?". Press Left Select button to confirm.
3. Wait until the phone restarts.
