In order to hard reset a Alcatel OT-890, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Alcatel OT-890 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. Turn your phone off. 



2. Press and hold Volume Down + Power button.




3. You can release them when " the Android green" shows on screen.
4. Select the English language and confirm with Power button.




5. Next select from the menu: "wipe data/factory reset" using Volume Down to browse option, and Power button to accept.
6. Afterwards choose "yes", and confirm that.
