Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.

Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Alcatel OT-891 Soul device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.

Instruction #1

 

1. Turn your phone on.

 

2. Open phone's dialer and type in this code: 25228353.

3. Confirm by pressing Call Key.

4. Your phone will now restart.



Instruction #2

 

1. Turn your phone off. 

2. Press and hold Volume Down + Power button.

 

3. Confirm all the options by pressing "yes".

4. Your device will now reset.
