In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Alcatel OT-C717.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Alcatel OT-C717 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
1. Turn your phone on.
2. Open phone's dialer and type in this code: 25228353.
3. Confirm.
4. Your phone will now restart.

2. Press and hold # + Power button.
3. Your device will now reset.
4. Confirm by pressing yes.
5. Voila, you're done.
