In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Alcatel OT-S920.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Alcatel OT-S920 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
1. Switch your device on.
2. Go to Main Menu and type in this code: 25228353.
3. Your phone will now restart.
Instruction #2
1. Make sure your phone is off.
2. Now press and hold # and Power button.
3. Your device will now restart.
4. Last, confirm Data reset.
5. Hard reset is now complete.
