Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Alcatel OT-V607A device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
1. Power up your device.
2. Open phone's dialer and type in this code: 25228353.
3. The device should now restart.
1. Turn your phone off.
2. Press and hold # + Power button.
3. Now confirm the Factory reset.
4. Hard reset is now complete.
