In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Alcatel Pixi 4 (7).

Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.

Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Alcatel Pixi 4 (7) device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.

Instruction #1


1. To get started, press and hold the Power key to turn the device on. 

2. Now press and hold the Volume Up + Power buttons for a few seconds. 

3. Release held keys when the Recovery Mode appears.

4. Next, press Volume Down to choose wipe data/factory reset. Confirm with Power button.



5. Now select "Yes - delete all user data" by using Volume Down to scroll and Power key to select.


6. Recovery Mode menu will appear again. Select "reboot system now" to restart the device.



7. You have done it, the hard reset is over.

Instruction #2


1. Switch the phone on.

2. Now open Settings and choose Backup & Reset.
3. Next, select Factory data reset and choose Reset device.

4. Now select Reset phone and then Erase everything to begin the hard reset operation.
5. Good shows, you have just perfomed the factory reset operation.
