In order to hard reset a Alcatel Pop 2 (4.5), you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Alcatel Pop 2 (4.5) device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. For starters, press and hold the Power key to turn the device off.
2. Next, press and hold the Power + Volume Up buttons.
3. Let go of the keys when you a logo appears.
4. Choose wipe data/factory reset by pressing Volume Down and confirming Power button.
5. Use Volume Down to scroll and Power key to select "Yes - delete all user data".
