In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Alcatel Pop C2.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Alcatel Pop C2 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
1. Hello. First, press and hold the Power key, which will turn the device off.
2. Afterwards, press and hold the Power + Volume Up buttons.
3. Next, press Volume Down to choose wipe data/factory reset. Confirm with Power button.
4. Now select "Yes - delete all user data" by using Volume Down to scroll and Power key to select.
5. Recovery Mode menu will appear again. Select "reboot system now" to restart the device.
6. You have done it, the hard reset is over.
1. Turn the phone on.
2. Now open Menu, choose Settings and then choose Backup & Reset.
3. Next, select Factory data reset.
4. Now select Reset phone and then Delete all to begin the hard reset operation.
5. Factory reset operation has been performed.
