Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Alcatel Pop C7 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Lets get started. Press and hold the Power key to turn the device off.
2. Afterwards, press and hold the Power + Volume Up buttons.
