In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Allview E4.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Allview E4 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
1. What you need to do is press and hold the Power key, which will turn the device off.
2. Afterwards, press and hold the Power + Volume Up buttons.
3. Let go of the keys when you can see the Android logo.
4.From the menu choose "Wipe Data/Factory Reset" by using Volume buttons to scroll and Power button to select options.
5. Afterwards, scroll with Volume Down and press Power key to select "Yes".
6. Accept the "reboot system now" with Power Button.
7. Jolly good, you have performed the hard reset.
1. Hello. Press the Power button to switch on the phone.
2. Next, select Menu, choose Settings and then choose Backup & Reset.
3. Please select Factory data reset now.
4. Next, select Reset device and Erase everything. Hard reset should begin.
5. Good shows, you have just perfomed the factory reset operation.
