In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Allview W1i.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Allview W1i device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
1. Power down your phone by pressin' and holdin' the Power button for a short while.
2. Next thing to do is to press and hold the Volume Down and Power key for five seconds.
3. Release Power button when the phone vibrates. Keep holding the Volume Down key...
4. ... at least until an exclamation mark appears on screen, then let go of it.
5. Press the following sequence: Volume Up - > Volume Down - > Power - > Volume Down.
6. You have performed the hard reset. Pat yourself on the back and open up a beer because you've done it.
1. Is your device powered on?
2. Good. Go to the Main Menu > Settings.
3. Tap the About option.
4. Confirm by tapping Reset your phone.
5. Excelent, the hard reset operation is complete.
