In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for BenQ B502.

Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.

Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. BenQ B502 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.

Instruction #1


1. First, press and hold the Power button until the device turns off.


2. Next, press and hold Volume Up + Power button.


3. Unless something is terribly wrong, you now are in Recovery Mode.

4. Select the Wipe Data/Factory Reset option by using Volume buttons to navigate the menu and then Power button to confirm your choice.



5. Next thing to do is to choose the Yes-delete all user data option.


6. Complete the process by selecting reboot system now.


7. You have completed the factory reset.

Instruction #2


1. Power on the device by pressing and holding the Power key.


2. Your next step should be to go to Settings.
3. Now choose Backup & Reset, then go to Factory data reset.


4. Select Reset device.


5. To complete the operation, please select Erase everything.
6. Your work is done, and the hard reset process is complete.
