In order to hard reset a BenQ C36, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
BenQ C36 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Turn on your phone.
2. Open Standby screen.
3. Enter this code: *#9999# and then press the Call button.
4. Cellphone should restart now. If it does, good, you're done.
