In order to hard reset a BenQ E53, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
BenQ E53 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. Power on  the phone by holding the Power button for a couple of seconds.


2. Next, open Dialer.
3. Using keypad, type in this code: *#9999#. Confirm it by pressing Call button.


4. The cellphone will now restart. The hard reset is complete.
