In order to hard reset a BenQ E55, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
BenQ E55 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Turn your flip-phone on.
2. Either go to Standby screen or the Dialer.
3. When there, type in this code: *#9999#. Confirm by pressing the Call button.
4. The phone will now restart. This should take around half a minute. Good job, the hard reset is complete.
