In order to hard reset a BenQ E72, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
BenQ E72 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. First, press and hold the Power button until the device turns on.
2. Open the Dialer and type in this code: *#9999#
3. Confirm this by pressing the Call button.
