In order to hard reset a BenQ M315, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
BenQ M315 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. First, press and hold the Power button until the device turns off.


2. Second, go to Standby screen.
3. Type in, using the keypad, this code *#9999#. Press Call button to confirm.


4. The phone will now restart, and the hard reset operation will be complete.
