In order to hard reset a BenQ T33, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
BenQ T33 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. Make sure that your phone is turned on.


2. Either go to Standby screen or open up the Dialer.
3. Use the keypad to type in *#9999#. Afterwards, confirm by pressing Call button.


4. The phone will restart. This might take a minute.
5. Voila, hard reset is complete.
