In order to hard reset a BlackBerry Bold 9700, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
BlackBerry Bold 9700 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. The first thing for you to do is to switch on the device.
2. Press the Memory Key. Hold it down until Main Menu opens.
3. Another step is to select Settings, Security Options and Security Wipe.
