In order to hard reset a BlackBerry Bold Touch 9900, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
BlackBerry Bold Touch 9900 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. The first thing for you to do is to switch on the device.
2. Press the Memory Key. Hold it down until Main Menu opens.
3. Another step is to select Settings, Security Options and Security Wipe.
