In order to hard reset a BlackBerry Curve 9320, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
BlackBerry Curve 9320 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Hello. Please press the Power button to turn your phone on.
2. Be so kind as to press Menu key twice and select Options. Tap Security, Security Menu and select Security Wipe.
3. Make sure that all the three checkboxes -the ones in the next menu - are checked
4. You will be asked to enter the word "BlackBerry" into the phone. Please do so.
5. Find the Wipe option and select it. The phone will now reconfigure and restart. Congratulations, you have completed the hard reset.
