In order to hard reset a BlackBerry Curve 9370, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
BlackBerry Curve 9370 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. Check your phone is it on.

2. Then from the home screen select Options.
3. Next scroll to Security -> Security Wipe.
4. Now select what you want to wipe, and enter "blackberry" text.
5. After that choose Wipe data.
