In order to hard reset a BlackBerry Curve 9380, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
BlackBerry Curve 9380 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Hello. Please press the Power button to turn your phone on.
2. Be so kind as to select Settings. Tap Security and Privacy and Security Wipe.
