In order to hard reset a BlackBerry DTEK60, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
BlackBerry DTEK60 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. Start by turning on the device.


2. Now go to Settings > Backup & Reset.


3. Select the Factory Data Reset option.


4. Now you have to Reset Phone. You may have to enter a code.


5. Select Erase Everything and complete the hard reset process.
