In order to hard reset a BlackBerry Torch 9810, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
BlackBerry Torch 9810 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. First, power up the phone by pressing the Power button.
2. Follow this route: Menu key > Options > Security Options > Security Wipe.
3. When prompted to, type the word "BlackBerry" into the phone.
4. Lastly, press the Wipe button.
