In order to hard reset a Bleu 245X, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Bleu 245X device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. Press & hold the Power button until the device turns on.

2. Go to Settings, Reset Factory Settings, All.
3. Type in the security lock code, 1122 by default. Select OK.
4. Done. Hooray.
