In order to hard reset a Bleu 354X, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Bleu 354X device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Press-hold the Power button until the phone is turned on.
2. Open Settings and select Restore Settings.
3. Tap in the phone's security password: by default it is 1122.
4. Phone will now reset and restart.
