In order to hard reset a BLU Deejay II, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
BLU Deejay II device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Turn on the phone.
2. Next, open Main Menu and select Settings.
3. Now select the Reset Factory Settings. Confirm by selecting All.
5. Complete the process by entering the security lock code into the phone and selecting OK to confirm it (the default code is 1122).
