In order to hard reset a BLU Flash, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
BLU Flash device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. First of all, make sure that your phone is turned on.
2. Go to Menu > Privacy > Factory Data Reset > Reset phone.

3. Confirm everything. The device should now reboot and restart. Good job.
