In order to hard reset a BLU Jenny TV 2.8, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
BLU Jenny TV 2.8 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Hold down the Power button to turn on the phone.
2. Is it on? Then open Main Menu, select Settings and Reset Factory Settings.
3. You want to delete both data and customized settings, so choose All.
