In our description database there are 3 solutions for performing hard reset for BLU Neo XL.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. BLU Neo XL device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
1. Hello. Please press the Power button to turn your phone on.
2. Afterwards, press and hold the Power & Volume Up & Down buttons for five seconds or so.
3. Take your fingers off the buttons held after Recovery Mode pops on screen.
4. To enter Recovery Mode, you need to press Volume Up button.
5. Now choose the wipe data/factory reset option by pressing Volume buttons to scroll and Power button to select.
6. Then select Yes.
7. Reboot system now is the last option to choose. After that, your phone should reset. Grats.

2. Now press & hold the Volume Up and Down and Power button for a few seconds.
3. Release held buttons after the screen lights up.
4. Enter Factory Mode by pressing Volume Down and then holding down Power button.
5. Use Volume buttons to choose the clear eMMC option. Select it with Power button.
6. Done, the hard reset is complete. Great.

3. Continue by tapping Reset Phone. Select Erase Everything.
4. Good job, the hard reset process is complete.
