In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for BLU Win JR LTE.

Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.

Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. BLU Win JR LTE device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.

Instruction I:


1. The first thing for you to do is to switch off the device.

2. Afterwards, press and hold the Power & Volume Down buttons for five seconds or so.


3. The phone should now vibrate. Quickly let go of the Power button. Keep holding the Volume Down button.


4. Release it when a large exclamation mark appears on screen.


5. Press the following buttons in the given order: Volume Up - Volume Down - Power - Volume Down.
6. Cheers, you have completed the hard reset.

Instruction II:


1. Turn the display on with a press of the Power button.


2. Enter Windows Phone Settings. Select About and then tap Reset your phone.




3. Wait for the hard reset process to complete.
