In order to hard reset a Celkon A97, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Celkon A97 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Hello. Please press the Power button to turn your phone off.
2. Now press & hold the Volume Up and Power button for a few seconds.
3. Stop pressing these buttons after Android logo pops on screen.
4. Now please, press Home button.
5. Select the wipe data/factory reset option. Use Volume buttons to scroll and Menu button button to select.
6. Now choose the Yes or Yes - delete all user data option.
7. Lastly, select reboot system now. Your phone will now restart. Good job, be proud.
