In order to hard reset a CHUWI Hi12, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
CHUWI Hi12 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1.Turn on the device.

2. Open Main Menu. Select Settings, Change PC settings and Update and recovery.

3. Afterwards select Recovery.

4. Then select Remove everything and reinstall Windows.

5. Lastly, select Next. Wait for the phone to reset'n'restart, which may take half an hour. Done.
