In order to hard reset a CHUWI Hi13, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
CHUWI Hi13 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. Power up the tablet.

2. Open Main Menu, Settings, Change PC settings and Update and recovery.

3. Oh, and Recovery.

4. Oh, and Remove everything and reinstall Windows too.

5. Wait for the appropriate message to appear and select Next.
6. Allow your phone to reset and restart. This may take up to 30 minutes.
