In order to hard reset a CHUWI V10HD 3G, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
CHUWI V10HD 3G device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. Turn on the phone.

2. Select Troubleshoot.

3. Select Reset your PC, press Next.

4. Choose either Just remove my files or Fully clean the drive. Press Reset.
5. Wait for the hard reset to complete.
