In order to hard reset a CHUWI Vi10 Pro, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
CHUWI Vi10 Pro device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Power up the device.
2. Press-hold Shift. Tap Restart while still holding Shift. Select Troubleshoot.
3. Now tap Reset your PC and cofirm by pressing Next.
4. Now choose between Just remove my files or Fully clean the drive. Click Reset to begin the hard reset.
