In order to hard reset a CITYCALL X2012, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
CITYCALL X2012 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. First, turn on the phone. Press and hold the Power button.
2. Open Main Menu. Go to Settings.
3. Continue by selecting Reset > Master Reset.
4. Now select Yes and enter the phone's lock code (1234 by default).
5. Good job, the hard reset process is now complete.
