In order to hard reset a Cricket MSGM8, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Cricket MSGM8 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Turn on the phone.
2. Enter ##626*
3. When asked for FTKSL, enter 333333
4. Turn the phone off and back on. When asked for a code, enter last four digits of your phone number.
If you cannot remember your phone number, enter ##4357*
