In order to hard reset a Crown Micro B904, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Crown Micro B904 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. First, turn on the phone. Press and hold the Power button.

2. Now swipe to the right. Open Settings.

3. Continue to Change PC settings, select Update and recovery.

4. Choose Recovery.

5. Now select Remove everything and reinstall Windows.
6. Lastly, tap Next. Voila! After around 30 minutes the hard reset process should be complete.
