In order to hard reset a Digima Eve 10.2 3G, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Digima Eve 10.2 3G device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. Hi. Start by turning the phone on with the Power button.

2. Now open Main Menu, select Settings, Change PC settings and Update and recovery.

3. Afterwards select Recovery.

4. Now select Remove everything and reinstall Windows.
